Exciting News! We’re taking Cosy House across the pond with the launch of Cosy House EU (coming soon in January 2025!). We also expanded our sales channels, bringing our beloved brands to even more customers:

Celebrating Milestones & Giving Back

This quarter marked Wholesome Goods’ 7th Anniversary! 🎉You can read all about that here. We also celebrated the holidays with our Wholesome Goods Cowboy Christmas event, filled with festive cheer, camaraderie, and a little yee-haw

During this time of year, we also strive to give back as much as we can. This quarter, we donated discontinued items to our team and those in need:

  • Cosy House essential cotton towels were donated to the Salvation Army.
  • Cosy House cleaning essentials and hand soap tablets were shared with Nevada employees, local businesses, and community support organizations. 
  • Fitwear units were given to employees and Helping People Help Themselves (HEP).

Customer Experience Champions

Our incredible Customer Experience team continues to exceed expectations, providing top-notch support to our valued customers. Here are some highlights:

  • October: Our team tackled 10,887 emails, 3,927 chats, and 962 calls with lightning-fast response times and a satisfaction rating of 4.63 out of 5!
  • November: A huge shout-out to our teams in the Philippines and the US for their incredible flexibility and dedication during Hurricane Milton! Your efforts ensured uninterrupted service for our customers. 🙏
  • December: Our Customer Experience team maintained their stellar performance with impressive KPIs and a satisfaction rating of 4.64!

Delivering Happiness (Faster Than Ever!)

We’re always looking for ways to improve the customer experience, and this quarter we made a major leap forward in our fulfillment operations. By partnering with ShipBob, we were able to reduce delivery times by 50% for 7 of our portfolio brands! This means faster shipping, happier customers, and more time to enjoy all those amazing Wholesome Goods products.

ShipBob’s fulfillment network and warehouse management system (WMS) have been game-changers for us, providing increased efficiency, better inventory visibility, and cost savings. You can read more about our successful partnership with ShipBob in their case study here.
