So, in celebration of National Pet Day being tomorrow, we invited the PupGrade team to introduce the pets who inspire the work they do. From office visits to product testing (and plenty of tail wags in between), these are the beloved pets behind the brand.

Let’s meet a few of them!

Meet Eli & Beau Dean

Owner: Audrey Malone, Senior Project Manager

No introduction to the pack would be complete without Eli—the ultimate star and face of PupGrade! And he even got to try his paw our recently as “Canine Reporter” at Global Pet Expo (which you can read all about here.)

With his lovable and fun personality and his knack for charming everyone around him, Eli brings the spirit of our brand to life. And we love it when his dog mom, Audrey, brings him for visits to the office! 

Favorite Products: Eli is a big fan of PupGrade, and uses our Joint Support daily to help keep him in peak condition. He and his brother, Beau, also swear by our Shampoo & Conditioner to help keep them fresh and camera-ready.

Meet Moo Krob

Owner: Sas Lertprotsombat, Brand Strategy Manager

Moo Krob is the true diva of the PupGrade Pack—a loveable English Bulldog with a flair for the spotlight. Whether it’s sporting the latest outfits or striking a pose for the camera, she knows how to shine. She’s got a flair for a good theme and getting dressed up for any occasion. And she’s always ready for a photo op, working the camera like the pro she is. 

Her fun-loving nature and knack for posing make her a true superstar in the PupGrade family.

Favorite Products: Moo Krob takes our Joint Support to help support her joint’s health and overall mobility, so she can strut around with ease.

Meet Harvey

Owner: Samantha Ford, Director of Research & Content

Harvey, affectionately known as Sam’s “house cow,” is a harlequin Great Dane with a heart as big as he is—and just as many quirks! A true embodiment of gentle giant energy, he’s convinced he’s a lap dog and insists on being tucked in with his blankets at all times. 

When he’s not snoozing in, he’s playing all sorts of games with his energetic 2-year-old human brother or prancing around his neighborhood. 

Favorite Product: As a big dog with a predisposition to joint issues, Harvey takes our Joint Support daily to help keep his long legs comfy and strong—especially for those fetch-sessions between naps.

Meet Leo & Luka

Owner: Maria Giovannetti, Ad Content Writer

The ultimate dynamic duo! Leo, at 10 years old, is the definition of a distinguished gentleman. He’s calm, collected, and always ready for a round of frisbee—his favorite pastime. He’s also Luka’s biological dad! Luka, 6, still has that forever-young puppy face and a singing bark that keeps everyone entertained. He’s all about cuddles and kisses—and absolutely loves the spotlight. 

As father and son, they’re inseparable and always ready to show off their best sides!

Meet Sarabi

Owner: Ariana Solfio, Customer Service Manager 

Sarabi is a playful, spirited German Shepherd, who loves being on the move. With a silly personality and boundless energy, she brings a whole lot of fun (and just the right amount of mischief) to Ariana’s day.

She’s also fiercely loyal and protective, especially when it comes to her feline partner-in-crime: Rusti. Rusti may be small, but she’s got a big voice and a lot of opinions (mainly about when she’s not the center of attention). 

Favorite Products: Sarabi takes our Itch & Allergy soft chews as part of her daily routine, so she can focus on the important things like chasing toys and keeping Rusti in line.

Meet Olive & Copper

Owner: Ticaro Heath, Sourcing & Procurement Specialist

Olive and Copper are the newest additions to the PupGrade Pack. Olive, a black tri beauty, is all about belly rubs and lounging in the most adorable “splooting style,” with her back legs stretched out. She’s the picture of relaxation and comfort.

Copper, the striking white and red merle, has a unique half-moon blue eye that makes him stand out wherever he goes. He’s a water lover at heart, always eager to dive in and swim.

Favorite Products: Though they haven’t tried PupGrade products just yet, they’re looking forward to giving them a go soon, and we can’t wait to see how they like them!
